Where to get help
Gambling Therapy

Self-exclusion
No self-exclusion scheme covers every country, and a block registered in one market does not carry over to another. Use the scheme operated where you live if there is one, and set an account-level exclusion directly with each operator as well — that part works everywhere.
Licensing authorities
Every operator listed here answers to a named regulator — commonly the Malta Gaming Authority, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission or the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The licence number sits in the site footer. Take a complaint to that authority, and to the operator's appointed dispute-resolution service, if the operator will not resolve it.
Tips for safer gambling
- Set a fixed budget and stick to it
- Use deposit limits, time-outs and reality checks
- Never gamble when stressed, tired or under the influence
- Take regular breaks
- Treat gambling as entertainment, not income
- Stop immediately if it no longer feels fun
Remember: if gambling stops being enjoyable, stop.
